Supporters of Former Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte gathered in prayer across the Philippines and around the world on Thursday, June 19, to mark his 100th day in detention at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

Clad in green, supporters lit candles and offered prayers for his health, safety, and strength. The vigils were solemn acts of solidarity, calling not only for his well-being but also for the granting of his interim release.

The gatherings took place in major cities across the Philippines and in key Filipino communities abroad, underscoring the Former President’s continued influence and the deep emotional bond many Filipinos still feel for him, 100 days into a contentious and closely watched international legal process.

Organizers said the events were meant to unify supporters in hope and faith, and to appeal for justice through peaceful and spiritual expression.
